Food Allergy: A food allergy is an exaggerated immune response triggered by eggs, peanuts, milk, or some other specific food.
Food Sensitivity / Intolerance: Food intolerance or non-allergic food hypersensitivity is a term used widely for varied physiological responses associated with a particular food, or compound found in a range of foods.
It’s important to recognize the difference. We test for the DELAYED sensitivity response…not the immediate response. With the immediate allergic response. This is NOT what we’re testing. We’re testing the 10-12 hour...sometimes up to 72 hour immune response that patients cannot figure out on their own!

Dr. Chris Ambrosio understands firsthand what it’s like to live with chronic pain. As a lifelong athlete and martial artist, he was sidelined in high school by intense back pain and numbness that radiated down his leg. After a referral from a friend, he discovered chiropractic care—and it changed his life. That personal healing experience inspired his journey into holistic healthcare.
Dr. Ambrosio earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in Marietta, GA, a decision shaped by both personal inspiration and a deep belief in the body’s ability to heal itself when given the right support. Today, he combines advanced chiropractic techniques with the principles of functional medicine to offer a unique, integrative approach to health and healing.
With additional certifications in neurofeedback, cranial therapy, EAV testing, and detoxification, Dr. Ambrosio goes beyond pain relief.
